A meal that I really like
The one that I can´t resist is: Sushi. A cold dish from Japan.
Originally,
is made with rice, seaweed, raw fish, and cream cheese. The ingredients can be varied
and can change a lot, for example my family make them special, with vegan cream
cheese, vegetables, and fruits of all kinds. And not meat. For me at least.
The process to make them is easier that it seems, you just cook the rice, marinate it with vinegar, put it in a mat of bamboo, add the seaweed and your favorites ingredients, finally you roll up and then cut.
What I
really like from this meal, is that is bittersweet, and you can eat it with a
lot of sauces.
But that last
part can be a little tricky for the health because the sauces can be high in
salt and sugar, so sushi isn´t too healthy, even without the sauces. Is composed
principally with rice, and doesn´t let the other ingredients to cope the body.
I have always heard that people really like sushi jajaj sadly I only tried it once and I didn't like it ;c
